Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking a SUD/IOP Outpatient Counselor to join our team! This position is located in Portage County, Ohio.

Job Duties

  • Providing Mental Health Counseling and Substance Use Counseling and Intensive Outpatient Group (IOP) to individuals and families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation for services

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and LPCC, LISW (or higher) licensure
  • Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we’ll help!)
  • Training in evidenced based modalities to promote recovery (3 years’ experience preferred)
