Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years administrative support experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.  Knowledge of principles and practices of modern public administration.  Skills in office tools such as personal computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; coordinate daily office activities; maintain a subject matter filing system; and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
