$16.00/Hour

Schedule:      0-19 Hours/Week

 

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: This position provides support to the Program Director with a  variety of client assistance and administrative duties; will complete special projects as assigned.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts program assessments over phone and in-person for persons seeking assistance.
Assists with program data entry and compilation of data for program reports.
Other duties, or special projects, as assigned.
Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to model open communication, fair and equitable treatment, and display caring and compassion.
Willingness to learn best practices and ability to manage crisis situations.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability, if applicable.
Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation) if applicable.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: Pursuing a degree in social work and/or related field.

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of low income / homeless population.
